Hacienda
El Mortero We offer a traditional Mexican cuisine. Cancún, a
privileged locale due to its closeness to shopping centers and to
the heart of the city's nightlife scene. The restaurant's design
is a replica of the the original Hacienda El Mortero in the state
of Durango, Mexico.
Our cuisine: For those who are looking to try typical Mexican
dishes, this restaurant´s menu offers flor de calabaza with poblano
chile and sampler dishes such as chicken tacos, quesadillas, tostadas,
and chorizo and guacamole sopes. For main course we offer the following
delicacies: fillet in a sauce of four dried chilis, shrimp over
roasted pineapple and, of course, the Mexican-style fish fillet
. As for red meat, in addition to the American cutlets, we offer
a beef fillet a la tampiqueña with guacamole, tamale, and enchiladas.
For dessert, we have a cheese in strawberry sauce and coconut custard.
Within our restaurant you can enjoy a menu consisting of three dishes
of your choice for US $42.
